1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application Block Drop Puzzle (the “App”), operated by the developer contactable at klyrexlabs@gmail.com.

The purpose of this Policy is to describe, in clear terms, what information the App does and does not collect, how local game data is stored on your device, what permissions may be relevant to ordinary operation, and how you may contact us with questions.

The App does not require account registration or login. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use of the App and uninstall it from your device.

2. Information We Collect

Block Drop Puzzle does not collect personal information from users. The App does not create a user account, does not require sign-in, and does not request identity details in order to play.

We do not collect, receive, or store on our servers information that identifies you as an individual. Gameplay occurs without registration, and no personal profile is created by the App.

Any game-related information generated while you play—such as progress, scores, achievements, settings, and local preferences—is stored only on your device, as described in Section 4.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts or address-book information

• Photos, media, or personal files, except where the Android operating system may require limited access solely for ordinary App operation
• Behavioral profiles, browsing history, or interest-based tracking data

The App does not use this information because it is not required for the App’s core puzzle-game functionality.

4. Local Data Storage

The App may store certain non-identifying game data locally on your device so that the game can function as intended. This may include:

• Game progress and saved states
• Scores and related gameplay results
• Achievements or in-game milestones
• Settings and local preferences (for example, audio or display choices)

This information remains on your device. It is not used to create a user account, is not sold, and is not shared by us with third parties for advertising or analytics.

Local data may be removed if you clear the App’s stored data through your device settings or if you uninstall the App. We do not maintain a remote copy of your game progress.

5. Permissions

The App is designed to operate without unnecessary permissions. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

The App does not request access to your photos or personal files except where the Android operating system may require limited storage-related access for ordinary application operation, such as storing local game data on the device.

Permission prompts, if shown by Android, are controlled by the operating system. You may review or manage application permissions in your device settings. Declining a permission that is not required for core gameplay will not be used to collect personal information.

6. Internet and Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs. We do not use third-party services to collect personal information from users of the App.

The App does not transmit personal information to third-party service providers for advertising, measurement, or user-profiling purposes. We do not operate a user account system and do not send identity information to external platforms.

Your device, operating system, or app store may independently use network connectivity for system functions such as installation, updates, or store services. Those activities are governed by the privacy practices of the relevant platform provider, not by this App’s collection of personal information.

7. Advertising and Analytics

The App does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising SDKs. The App does not use targeted advertising.

The App does not use analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not conduct behavioral tracking of users, and we do not build advertising or interest profiles based on gameplay.

Because the App does not include advertising or analytics software development kits, it does not share user data with advertising networks or analytics providers.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing, advertising, or analytics purposes.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties because the App does not collect personal information. Local game data stored on your device is not uploaded by us to a shared user database.

If we are required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request to disclose information in our possession, we will do so only to the extent legally required. At present, the App is not designed to hold personal information about you on our systems.

9. Data Security

Because the App does not collect personal information and does not maintain user accounts, we do not store your name, email address, or similar identity data on our servers.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. The security of that local data depends in part on the security of your device, operating system, and any access controls you enable (such as a screen lock).

No method of electronic storage is completely secure. We take reasonable care in the design of the App to avoid collecting or transmitting personal information. You should also take reasonable steps to protect your device from unauthorized access.

10. Children's Privacy

Block Drop Puzzle is intended for users aged 15 years and above.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from users, including users under the intended age. The App does not require registration, does not ask for identity details, and does not use advertising or analytics SDKs that would be used to collect personal information from children or other users.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a user under the intended age has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us at klyrexlabs@gmail.com. We will review the inquiry and take appropriate steps, including providing available information about how local App data may be removed from a device.

11. Data Retention

We do not retain personal information on our servers because the App does not collect personal information and does not create user accounts.

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it. You may remove stored App data by using your device’s application settings to clear storage, or by uninstalling the App. After uninstallation, locally stored game data associated with the App is typically removed by the operating system.

If you contact us by email, we may retain your correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your request and for ordinary record-keeping related to support inquiries.

12. User Choices

You have the following choices in connection with the App:

• No account required. You may use the App without creating an account or providing personal details.
• Local data. You may clear the App’s locally stored data through your Android application settings.
• Uninstall. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
• Permissions. You may review application permissions in your device settings.

Because we do not collect personal information through the App, there is no online account dashboard for accessing or downloading a personal data profile associated with gameplay.
